These pancakes are the perfect pre or post-workout meal. Simply mash up two bananas, the riper the better, into a sticky paste. Add two eggs and stir together with the bananas. Add in the flax meal and a handful of blueberries (optional).

Heat up a skillet or griddle plate. I used coconut oil to grease the skillet. Cook the batter just like a pancake, checking the bottom to make sure it doesn’t burn before you flip it. Flip and cook through. Drizzle natural peanut butter over the top and toss on some blueberries.


Run like the wind.
